Choose your service below and follow the steps. You can take your first AI-answered call or send your first invitation the same day.

Which service are you setting up?

  1. 1

Create your account and choose a plan2 min

Subscribe to the Digital call center plan for $20 a month, which includes 250 minutes of talk time. You’ll get access to your dashboard right after checkout.

  2. 2

    Get your phone number5 min

Pick a new local or toll-free number, or keep your existing one and forward calls to Brucke.ai.

    1. In your dashboard, go to Phone numbers.
    2. Choose Get a new number or Use my existing number.
    3. To keep your number, turn on call forwarding with your phone provider. You can forward all calls, or only unanswered and after-hours calls.

Start with after-hours forwarding only. Once you’re happy with how calls go, forward everything.

  3. 3

Teach the assistant about your business15 min

Add your hours, services, prices and policies, then paste in your common questions and answers. You can also upload documents like a menu, price list or FAQ page.

    1. Go to Assistant and fill in Business profile.
    2. Add questions and answers under Knowledge, or paste your website link to import them.
    3. Choose a voice and greeting, such as “Thanks for calling Riverside Family Clinic, how can I help?”
  4. 4

Set rules for transfers and urgent calls5 min

Decide which calls should go to a person — such as billing disputes, VIP customers or urgent medical concerns — and which phone number or team they should reach.

  5. 5

Link your CRM, calendar, inventory system or health records so the assistant can book appointments, check stock and log every call automatically.

    1. Go to Integrations and pick your system.
    2. Sign in to approve the connection.
    3. Choose what Brucke.ai can read and update — for example, “create appointments” but not “view billing.”
  6. 6

Make a test call, then go live5 min

Call your number from your own phone and try a few real requests. Review the transcript, adjust any answers, then switch the assistant to Live. Calls, bookings and minutes used appear in your analytics right away.

Setup questions

Do I need technical skills to set this up?

No. Everything is done from your dashboard with simple forms. Connecting a CRM or health records system just means signing in to that system and approving access.

Can I keep my current business phone number?

Yes. Turn on call forwarding with your phone provider and send calls to the number shown in your dashboard. You can forward all calls or only missed and after-hours calls.

What happens if I use all 250 minutes?

You’ll get an alert at 80% and 100% of your minutes. You can add more minutes from your account, and calls won’t stop without warning.

How are patient health records protected?

The assistant only accesses the information needed to schedule appointments, and every action is logged. Clinics should review our security and privacy documentation and sign any required agreements before connecting patient records.

Can I run both services together?

Yes. Subscribe to both and they share one dashboard and one contact list, so the call center can phone guests who haven’t replied to an event invitation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel from your account settings. Your service continues until the end of the billing period.
